Focus Groups

Available, but not our default. We use focus groups for stimulus testing and early concept reactions — never as the spine of a research project.

A focus group discussion brings a small group together to discuss a specific topic, product, or experience. It’s best suited to validating a piece of information or a hypothesis with several people at once.

We’ve run hundreds of focus group discussions for NGOs, FMCG, OTT, and BFSI clients.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical engagement take?
Most engagements run two to three weeks, depending on the number of groups and how widely the audience is spread.
How is the sample structured?
Several groups of six to eight participants each, with the number of groups driven by the research question and how varied the audience is.
How do you handle NDAs and data ownership?
We treat confidentiality and data ownership with strict clarity, agreed in writing before a project begins. Your data and findings are yours.
What do you actually deliver?
A clear report, a live debrief with your team, and the raw material behind the findings — video recordings, highlights, and edited clips from the discussions.
